FREE Energy saving measures include:
- FREE attic and cavity wall insulation.
- FREE draught proofing of doors and windows.
- FREE lagging jackets for hot water cylinders and cold water storage tanks.
- FREE low energy light bulbs.
- FREE energy advice.
Eligibility for scheme:
- Constructed before 2006.
- Owner occupied Non-Local Authority Homes
The owner is in receipt of one of the following:
- Fuel Allowance as part of the National Fuel Scheme
- Job Seekers Allowance for over six months and with children under 7 years of age.
- Family Income Support
